Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, HavenCo is a faith-based senior-housing advisory firm. On January 20, its subsidiary, Haven Senior Investments (HSI), announced that Bill Bent accepted the role of President.

According to the firm’s press release, HSI feels fortunate that Bent is a described servant leader and is committed to HSI’s vision of “serving the senior housing market with a foundation of care and love.”

HSI offers seniors several services including brokerage, capital and loan sourcing, consulting, and asset management. The goal of those services is to support the maximization of objectives and investment returns for clients.

Bent will leverage his 35 years of business growth and development acumen to assist in achieving operational excellence, edification of employees, and a successful scaling strategy.

Recognized five times within the Top 100 Most Influential Mortgage Executives, Bent established Academy Mortgage Company and Waterfield Mortgage Company as the largest independently-owned mortgage firms within the nation (per annual financing metrics).

Bent recalled: “When I was introduced to the HavenCo partners, John Hauber and Robin Gestal, I quickly realized the special company they were in the early stages of building. They realized the need that was occurring for selling, acquiring, developing, operating, financing, and asset management within the non-institutional sector of senior housing. When we discussed the company model to support these needed services, we quickly agreed to key culture objectives. I observed early in the process that HavenCo was going to be a powerful source of services to the senior housing sector including high transparency, strong ethics, and a commitment to superior service.”

In addition to HSI, other subsidiaries of HavenCo, LLC include HavenCo Capital, Haven Healthcare Technologies, Haven Realty, Haven Senior Developments, and Haven Senior Living.

The firm has offices located in San Diego, Denver, Wilmington, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, Seattle, and Atlanta. More insights about HSI may be explored via their website.
