Supplement drink maker Ryde is moving its U.S. headquarters from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, to Dallas.
Along with the relocation to Uptown, the beverage brand expects to hire ten new employees in North Texas.
“Dallas is the perfect home for Ryde: as we build our national presence… Its central location, business-friendly environment, and diverse talent pool make it the ideal place to anchor our U.S. operations. The city’s booming economy and strong infrastructure give us the foundation to grow sustainably and stay competitive in the wellbeing market. We’re excited to join a community that shares our energy and ambition, and we look forward to making a positive impact here,” Ryde U.S. General Manager Andre Denischuck said, per D Magazine.
Ryde is a relatively new company that launched its 2-ounce dietary supplement shots in 2023 in Australia and Canada. The beverage did not become available in the U.S. market until this year. Ryde hopes to expand its footprint in the Lone Star State, using its new base in Dallas.
At present, Ryde is only available nationwide through Amazon or in H-E-B-owned Central Market locations. However, the beverage can also be found in North Texas at 7-Eleven locations.
Ryde comes in three main flavors, each with a specific function.
- Tropical / Energize (red bottle): Caffeine, ginseng extract, vitamins B1 and B6.
- Orange / Focus (gold/yellow bottle): L-theanine, caffeine, and ginseng extract.
- Raspberry / Relax (blue bottle): Chamomile, l-theanine, ginseng extract.
“Our sole purpose is to make wellbeing feel easy, instead of adding stress to your day. It’s why we created pocket-size shots that help you feel your best just when you need to. And with their delicious taste and no added sugar, they’re the perfect daily ally on-the-go. Every Ryde shot contains Ryplenish™ – a scientifically-backed formula that’s been designed to work just when you need it to,” reads a description on the beverage makers’ website.
North Texas continues to attract corporate headquarters. Last month, The Dallas Express reported that Resources Connection decided to move its headquarters to Dallas after three decades in California.
Strive Enterprises, the wealth management firm co-founded by former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, is also slated to join the city when it relocates its headquarters to Dallas.
