Dallas-based AT&T Cybersecurity has been named one of the 100 best places to work for tech professionals in Built In’s annual awards program.

AT&T Cybersecurity employs 745 workers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, offering more than 50 benefits and perks.

“When you step into a cybersecurity role at AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future of threat protection — you’ll create it,” according to the company profile published in the Built In program. “You will get the opportunity to discover the undiscoverable and be part of something greater than yourself. Do incredible things. Dare to disrupt the norm — all while keeping our communities safely connected.”

Built In uses an algorithm to determine winners based on perks and benefits provided by employers and featured on Built In company profiles. Every year, the “weight” of those offerings changes to reflect the rewards that are most important to tech employees.

“I’d like to extend our sincerest congratulations to the 2024 Best Places to Work winners,” said Built In founder and CEO Maria Christopoulos Katris in a news release.

“At Built In, we’re dedicated to connecting our community of tech professionals with the companies offering the roles and the best rewards to help them grow their careers,” she said. “Our proprietary data on salaries, perks, and benefits of more than 55,000 companies provides tech professionals with the information they need to choose the company that’s right for them.”

AT&T Cybersecurity was the only company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area included in Built In’s program this year.

“The Best Places to Work lists represent a unique opportunity for organizations to highlight their rewards excellence and connect with our community of hard-to-hire tech professionals,” Katris said.

The Built In program recognizes companies of all sizes in remote and in-office locations across the country, along with those in the largest tech hubs, which include Dallas, Austin, Houston, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Miami, New York, Seattle, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, and Seattle.
