A 33-year-old Irving man was arrested Tuesday morning after he was accused of sexually abusing children on at least two occasions while working at a Southlake daycare, according to a Southlake Police press release.
Thaddaeus Andrew Davidson, 33, was charged with indecency with a child/sexual contact, a second-degree felony, and booked into the Keller jail.
The alleged abuse happened when Davidson was working at Carpe Diem, a private daycare and preschool, according to the release. Davidson was placed on administrative leave shortly after the allegations were reported, police said.
Police are asking parents with children who may have been under Davidson’s care to contact Sgt. D. Green, an investigator with the department, at 817-748-8134 if they suspect abuse.
No other information has been released as the investigation is ongoing.
