Plano Police say 27-year-old Christian Eli Hardin-Hoffman who was accused of indecent exposure near a Plano home at different times last month has been apprehended.

The incident was drawn to police attention on September 15 by a woman who lives near the home on Parker Road and Alma Drive. The woman said she noticed the camera footage of a strange man peeping into her apartment window the day before.

Police spokeswoman Jennifer Chapman revealed that another report was made by another resident on September 18 of the same man peeping through the window. Chapman also stated that children were in the house at the time of the incident but were not in the exact room the suspect looked into.

On September 27, officers released footage of the man, referring to him as a “bright-eyed peeper.” A description was shared as they requested the public’s help identifying him. On October 4, Christian Eli Hardin-Hoffman was apprehended in connection to the disturbing incident.

Police revealed that Hardin-Hoffman has been charged with indecent exposure for the September 14 incident. His bail on that charge is set at $2,500. Police also say that he has received a citation for disorderly conduct for the incident that occurred on September 18.
