Images from a camera outside a residence show a person exiting the suspected vehicle after the crash. Without rendering aid to the cyclist, the person gets back into the car and drives off.

The victim’s family said police told them they had located the vehicle but could not give any more details as to how and where the vehicle was found.

A newly installed sign on Kleberg Rd. urges drivers to slow down.

Neighbors speaking with a local news outlet said a petition is circulating in the neighborhood to put speed bumps in the area.

Booked into the Dallas County jail, Connors is being held on a $100,000 bond.
