The Q BBQ Fest will be cooking up a Texas-sized amount of barbecue this fall at the AT&T Stadium, bringing in pitmasters from across the nation to participate.

Presented by Miller Lite from November 4-6, the event will feature some of the biggest names in the food industry and “30,000 pounds of brisket, chicken, pulled pork, and ribs,” reported NBC DFW.

“Nobody knows barbecue like Texas, and we can’t wait to host the finest cooks from across the country right here in our backyard,” explained Stephen Jones, chief operating officer of the Dallas Cowboys.

Additionally, over 10 professional barbecue pitmasters will be on hand to provide attendees with free instruction, cooking demonstrations, and other fun activities.

“We’re thrilled to bring this event to Arlington and can’t think of a better time for Miller Lite House to give local BBQ fans an immersive experience that they haven’t gotten here yet,” said Jones.

General admission tickets are $15 and include free parking for the event.

However, for serious BBQ aficionados, Q Pit Passes will be available for sale starting Friday, August 26, that allow the holder to skip lines and enjoy all-you-can-eat barbecue for two and a half hours. Cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks are included at any of the Q Pit Lounges.

“We love smoking meat and putting smiles on people’s faces,” said Brian Wahby, owner and CEO of Eximius Productions, the producer of Q BBQ Fest.

“We launched Q BBQ Fest in 2015 and knew we had to wait for the perfect moment to come to the BBQ Capital of the World. Thanks to the Dallas Cowboys, that time is now, and we can’t wait for Dallas to taste the BBQ we’re bringing to AT&T Stadium this November.”

AT&T Stadium will implement the same bag policy at the Q BBQ fest as all Dallas Cowboys home football games.
