The Fort Worth Police Department is investigating a shooting incident that led to the victim crashing into a Fort Worth home on Monday.
Fort Worth police officers responded to 3436 Wedgeworth Road South at about 11:10 p.m. after receiving reports of a vehicle that crashed into a home, according to CBS 11 News.
Upon arrival, officers found the vehicle’s driver had suffered a gunshot wound. The driver was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Fort Worth police say they are investigating the case.
The motives and circumstances surrounding the shooting are still unclear.
