AMBER Alerts for two 14-year-old females from McGregor, Texas, were issued on Monday, July 4, five days after the two were last seen in the town of just over 5,000 residents located nearly 20 miles southwest of Waco.

Aysha Lynn Cross and Emiliee Solomon are considered to be “in grave or immediate danger,” according to the McGregor Police Department statement.

The McGregor Police Department says the two Caucasian youths were last seen in the 400 block of West 7th Street and in the 900 block of West 10th Street in McGregor.

Solomon is 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs 175 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair.

Cross is 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 105 pounds, and has hazel eyes and black hair.

Additional details about their clothing or a suspect vehicle are currently unknown.

Anyone with information about the teenagers is asked to contact the McGregor PD at 254-840-2855.

As of May 1, a total of 1,114 children were successfully recovered through the AMBER Alert system, reports the U.S. Department of Justice. Of those, 123 children were rescued because of wireless emergency alerts. There are 82 AMBER Alert plans throughout the U.S.
