Crescent Real Estate is kickstarting plans for a new Uptown Dallas residential tower designed by Dallas architects GFF.
The project, a thirty-story tower, will be located at 2811 Maple Avenue, occupying more than 300,000-square-feet between the Crescent complex and the landmark Stoneleigh Hotel.
The high-rise will contain more than two hundred large rental units.
Developers intend for the building – the third new residential building along that stretch of Maple Avenue – to replace older commercial buildings on the site.
The high-rise will be constructed with masonry, glass, and metal and will have a third-floor pool deck and feature underground parking.
According to planning documents filed with the state, Crescent Real Estate has been working on the project since 2018 and plans to complete it in 2024.
