Quantum Assurance International, headquartered in Dallas, announced on January 24 that James Reid is being promoted to a new position within the Agency Deployment division.

Reid has extensive experience with insurance start-ups. He transitioned from the Captive insurance agency and participated in the launch of the mega insurtech startup Quantum Assurance International in September 2019.
His initial career experience was with a national insurance agency as an insurance sales consultant. Throughout his career, he has worked with customers across the country and shaped his team and its members to be best meet their clients’ needs. Reid’s experience not only gave him an understanding of the insurance product but also helped him better comprehend the agency’s needs and the requirements for being successful as a modern-day agent.
