Dallas Cowboys fans attending the September 14 home opener against the New York Giants at AT&T Stadium will experience a revamped menu featuring bold Texas flavors and innovative dishes.
The culinary team, led by Legends at AT&T Stadium, has introduced a lineup of new food and beverage options for the 2025 NFL season, blending regional authenticity with creative stadium fare.
Among the highlights is the Frito Pie Burger, a juicy beef patty on a brioche bun topped with chili, cheddar cheese, Chili-Cheese Fritos, and pico de gallo. Available at Smoke House stands near sections 412 and 442, this burger combines classic Texas comfort food with game-day appeal.
“The new burgers on the menu for the 2025 Dallas Cowboys NFL season feature toppings from classic favorites like Frito Pie and traditional authentic elote, and the combination is fabulous,” said George Wasai, vice president of Food and Beverage for Legends at AT&T Stadium.
Another standout is the Elote Burger, featuring a beef patty with lettuce, tomato, pepperjack cheese, and Flamin’ Hot® Elote, served at Vaqueros stands near sections 204, 229, 416, and 446.
The Texas Burrito, a 17-inch flour tortilla stuffed with a choice of chicken or beef, crispy fries, guacamole, pico de gallo, queso fresco, and spicy crema, offers a portable, hearty option at the same stands.
The Rowdy Dog, named after the Cowboys’ mascot, brings a Sonoran-style twist with a bacon-wrapped Nathan’s All Beef Frank on a brioche bun, topped with candied jalapeños, pico de gallo, and spicy crema. It’s available at Specialty Dog Carts on the Main Concourse.
For seafood lovers, the Smoked Salmon BLT, featuring honey-smoked salmon, bacon, arugula, heirloom tomatoes, avocado, and chipotle aioli, is available at Grab N Go Markets on the Upper Concourse.
Dessert Nachos provide a shareable sweet treat, featuring cinnamon-sugar-topped Dallas Cowboys stars with housemade strawberry and cream cheese dipping sauces, also available at Grab N Go Markets.
In premium seating areas, Executive Chef Marcelo Vasquez highlighted the lobster roll as his favorite.
“I like the lobster roll, really, because we buy lobster from Maine [and] we do a lot of special things. The actual bread comes from a local bakery, so it’s all fresh,” Vasquez said, per NBC 5 DFW.
Fan favorites returning from previous seasons include Tyson® Cowboys Star Nuggets, the Pizza Burger — a 16 oz. Angus beef patty between two pepperoni pizzas — and Tostitos® Ultimate Nachos, ensuring a balance of innovation and familiarity.
The Miller Lite® House on West Plaza enhances the game-day experience with 87,000 square feet of space, 34 points of sale offering $5 Miller Lite, and food truck partnerships. Beverage options like Cowboys Micheladas during Hispanic Heritage Month and Liquid Zero Margaritas made with Hornitos Plata Tequila cater to diverse tastes.
Premium dining in suites and clubs features sophisticated dishes like Jalapeño Hominy Cheese Dip and Cold & Smoked Rubbed Beef Tenderloin Presentation, offering elevated experiences for higher price points.
With these additions, AT&T Stadium continues to redefine stadium dining, leveraging local flavors and team branding to create memorable game-day experiences for Cowboys fans.
