Drivers in Frisco are navigating significant delays this week as the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) carries out a wave of closures along the Dallas North Tollway (DNT), now through Saturday, July 26.
The closures are part of NTTA’s DNT widening project aimed at reducing congestion and improving safety along one of North Texas’ busiest highway corridors. The impacted area spans both directions of the tollway between Legacy Drive and U.S. 380.
Daily Closures (Through July 26):

North- and southbound right lanes between Gaylord Parkway and Cotton Gin Road

Southbound right lane between PGA Parkway and Fields Parkway

Nightly Closures (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.):

Two lanes closed in each direction between Legacy Drive and US 380

Southbound SH 121 exit ramp closed nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
