Deanda is listed as “absconded” in the state sex offender registry, and his victim’s sex is listed as “unknown.”
Texas DPS and other agencies have arrested 35 suspects on the most wanted fugitives, sex offenders, and criminal illegal aliens lists, according to the release. This includes 12 sex offenders and nine criminal illegals.
