Two people were shot and critically injured during a robbery in Dallas on Wednesday, December 15, according to a report on WFAA.

At approximately 11 p.m., Dallas police officers responded to a shooting call at the 4100 block of Norco Street, where they found the two victims. Dallas Fire-Rescue also responded to the scene and transported the victims to a local hospital. The people shot were only identified as a man and a woman.

According to police, the shooting appeared to be a robbery gone wrong. Police also revealed that the victims did not live where the shooting had happened.

Dallas police said they were looking for one male suspect in connection to the shooting. The suspect’s identity was not revealed, and no other information was made available.

According to WFAA, both victims were in surgery early Thursday morning. Further updates on their condition have not been provided.
