Four-star prep cornerback Terrance Brooks has been a busy young man this summer.

“He can cover you like a blanket and hit you like a truck,” it posted on July 5.

Buckeye Extra reported that Brooks verbally pledged with one of the top football programs in the nation last month.

The 5-foot-11-inch, 190-pound Brooks will join a team fresh from a College Football Playoff National Championship game appearance, a 52-24 loss to Alabama.

Coincidentally, the national champion Roll Tide held a high position on Brooks’ wish list, the website 247 Sports reported.
