Dallas police have arrested 21-year-old Evin Bishop in connection with a sexual assault that occurred early Monday morning on Thomas Avenue.
The incident was reported around 6 a.m. when neighbors heard a woman screaming, indicating she was being followed. By the time authorities arrived, the suspect had fled the scene, reported Fox 4 KDFW.
Bishop is currently being held at the Dallas County jail with a bond set at $150,000.

Police say a man sexually assaulted a victim in the 3000 block of Thomas Avenue around 6 a.m. Monday.
Neighbors told FOX 4 that they heard a woman screaming that someone was following her. By the time police arrived, the man ran off.
DPD released a photo of the suspect on social media.
