The NBA has officially announced the full rosters for the 2025 All-Star Game.
The NBA All-Star festivities will run from February 14 to 16 and will feature various events, including the Skills Competition, Three-Point Shooting Contest, NBA Rising Stars Game, and the NBA All-Star Game.
The league previously announced the starting fives for the NBA All-Star Teams, with the Western Conference Team featuring Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, Oklahoma City guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Los Angeles Lakers forward Lebron James, Phoenix Suns forward Kevin Durant, and Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic.
The Eastern Conference team’s starting five includes New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell, Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo, Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum, and New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns.
Voting for the All-Star game has three parts: an NBA fan vote making up 50% of the selection, a media panel vote worth 25% of the selection, and the remaining 25% being made up of a vote by the players.
The Western Conference NBA All-Star reserves is made up of the following players:
- Victor Wembanyama, Frontcourt, San Antonio Spurs
- Anthony Edwards, Guard, Minnesota Timberwolves
- James Harden, Guard, Los Angeles Clippers
- Anthony Davis, Frontcourt, Los Angeles Lakers
- Jaren Jackson Jr., Frontcourt, Memphis Grizzlies
- Alperen Sengun, Frontcourt, Houston Rockets
- Jalen Williams, Frontcourt, Oklahoma City Thunder
On the other end of the court, the Eastern Conference NBA All-Star reserves are as follows:
- Tyler Herro, Guard, Miami Heat

- Cade Cunningham, Guard, Detroit Piston
- Darius Garland, Guard, Cleveland Cavaliers
- Jaylen Brown, Frontcourt, Boston Celtics
- Pascal Siakam, Frontcourt, Indiana Pacers
- Evan Mobley, Frontcourt, Cleveland Cavaliers
One of the most notable players not selected for the NBA All-Star Team is Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving, who has led the team to a 26-22 record despite missing guard Luka Doncic for 26 games this year.
Irving’s absence means Dallas is the only team in the league with at least 25 wins and no players named to the All-Star Team.
The former NBA Champion has put together an impressive season through the first 48 games, averaging 24.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 4.9 assists per game while shooting 48.2% from the field and 41.9% from behind the three-point line.
Multiple well-known figures within the NBA have already expressed their disapproval of the snub, including partial Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, who took to social media to express his displeasure with the decision.
