The Adolphus Hotel, which opened in 1912, is once again offering up cozy apres-ski vibes on its seventh-floor rooftop until January 5. Expect warm blankets, smores, and tasty drinks. Space rentals start at $275 for a cabana that can host two to four people and comes with a bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne Brut Imperial and valet parking.
