The Stars, along with the Mavericks, have teamed up with American Airlines Center’s hospitality partner, Levy, and 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, a company that runs numerous restaurant chains, including a Yardbird location in Dallas.

“We are excited to offer these new high-quality food options for our fans… These enhancements are the beginning of our effort to reimagine the experience at American Airlines Center,” governor of the Mavericks, Patrick Dumont, was quoted as saying in the same press release.

Attendees at the American Airlines Center can expect delicious eats, including hand-spun and hand-stretched pizza from chef Frank Bonanno, an award-winning chef based in Denver. Other highlights include Texas-sized Philly cheesesteak sandwiches from 44 Farms, shaved rib-eye, Dallas’ own Zavala BBQ, artisan soft pretzels from Ben’s Pretzels, street tacos using La Norteña corn tortillas, smash burgers made with beef from Buckhead Meat Co., and more.

“We’re thrilled that our fans will be able to choose from a wide array of fantastic food when they come to a Dallas Stars game… Championship-level teams on the ice and on the court go well with championship-level food, and our fans deserve it. We’re thankful to our partners at the Mavericks, Levy, and 50 Eggs Hospitality for coming together to make it all happen,” said Dallas Stars President and CEO Brad Alberts.
