The Shops at Highland Village recently announced that three new tenants will join the outdoor lifestyle shopping center in the upcoming months.
“The newest additions to The Shops at Highland Village complement our existing portfolio of dynamic retailers, restaurants, and service providers,” said Ravi Wadhwa, general manager at The Shops at Highland Village.
“With something for everyone, we are well equipped to meet the needs of our shoppers and guests, offering places to enjoy a meal with loved ones, treat themselves to a new look, and prioritize their health and wellness,” added Wadhwa.
The new additions include a restaurant, an athletic wear retailer, and a personal health services company.
First up, Dragon House will open in October next to the AMC Theater. The 5,200-square-foot restaurant will offer classic Chinese cuisine and authentic delicacies such as hand-made dumplings, hand-pulled noodles, and various beverages and desserts.
Sometime this fall, lululemon will open for business as well. Once known primarily for women’s yoga apparel, the company has expanded its line to include sporting tops, jackets, hoodies, leggings, joggers, and underwear. The retailer offers a men’s line of sports clothing as well. The new 5,590-square-foot store will be located next to The Cheesecake Factory.
Next Spring, iCRYO will come to The Shops at Highland Village. The Texas-based recovery and wellness franchise business will be in a 2,587-square-foot space next to The Boardroom Salon for Men. Services offered include whole-body cryotherapy, local cryotherapy, cryo facials, IV therapy, body sculpting, red light therapy, compression therapy, and more.
Other recent developments at The Shops at Highland Village are the opening of Body20, a boutique fitness studio, and Orange Twist, a beauty treatment center offering facials, skin tightening, laser hair removal, botox, and other services. Construction of The Backyard in the shopping center’s northern courtyard is nearing completion and will soon be available as an outdoor gathering place and a space to host signature events.
