Here are six new restaurants that have recently opened or are opening soon in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Rocks & Brews, Grapevine

The band KISS has brought the best of both worlds to Grapevine by opening its second location of Rocks & Brews in the DFW area, as previously reported by The Dallas Express.

This eatery offers a “360-degree rock and roll experience” with plenty of seating options, an extensive beer tap list, and a variety of food options. Live music performances take place occasionally, creating a fun and lively atmosphere.

Rocks & Brews is located at 520 W. State Hwy. 114. The restaurant opened its doors on July 2.

JARS by Fabio Viviani, Dallas

Mar y Sol Cocina Latina, Dallas

Mar y Sol Cocina Latina is bringing a rich palette of flavors from all over Latin America. The restaurant, part of Lombardi Family Concepts, was inspired by Lombardi’s vacation home in Akumal, Mexico, The Dallas Morning News reported.

The restaurant aims to put a modern spin on classic dishes, with offerings such as Beef Short Rib Tacos, Duck Flautas, and even Big Eye Tuna Ceviche, according to the restaurant’s website.

Mar y Sol opened on July 20 at 4511 McKinney Ave., per DMN.

Dee’s Table, Frisco

Dee’s Table features a menu with classic dishes that tie in owner Dee Lincoln’s Louisiana roots. From burgers and sandwiches dedicated to Dallas icon Jerry Jones to unique twists on traditional New Orleans dishes, this new restaurant offers a plethora of options for everyone.

Lincoln owns several establishments in the Dallas area, including Dee Lincoln Prime, a more upscale option than this new restaurant. As reported by DMN, Lincoln’s goal with this new culinary venture was to create a more casual spot where one can enjoy a burger or bring the kids along.

Dee’s Table Burgers & More, located at 3685 The Star Blvd., opened its doors on July 1.

Lucky Dog Saloon, Dallas

Those familiar with Katy Trail Ice House may see some similarities in the team’s newest venture, Lucky Dog Saloon.

The saloon, which occupies the former Asel Art Supply space, was inspired by New York City’s Flatiron district, per DMN. The bar serves up several different drink options, from the traditional Old-Fashioned to more expensive spirits that can cost anywhere up to $320 a pour. Lucky Dog also serves food until 1 a.m., including its Wagyu brisket sandwiches and beloved cheeseburgers, made from the same recipe as Katy Trail Ice House.

Lucky Dog Saloon opened on July 18 at 2701 Cedar Springs Road.

RAYO, Dallas

Another bar is coming soon to the Dallas area, taking over the former location of Pizza Lounge.

Two bartenders, Ryan Victor and Lauren Wahlstrom, came to Dallas four years ago seeking “…to bring Dallas a place with the right combination of curation and hospitality with their Portland bar sensibilities,” the owners said in a press release, per the Dallas Observer.

The bar will sport a curated list of international wines and beers, classic cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Chef Joshua Harmon will deliver “elevated bar bites” with his expertise from Birdie, a fried chicken restaurant once part of Exchange Hall in Downtown Dallas.

RAYO is set to open sometime this month at 841 Exposition Ave., per the Dallas Observer.
