Hollywood Heights is situated near White Rock Lake. Residents there have easy access to outdoor recreational activities like biking, running, and picnicking. It’s also conveniently located near the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.
The neighborhood features a variety of architectural styles, including Tudor cottages, Spanish eclectic, craftsman, and minimal traditional.
Cottages at 405 Clermont Ave. and 526 Cordova St. are currently on the market, with listings of $799,999 and $699,999, respectively.

By now, most of our readers know I live in Hollywood Heights and absolutely love my neighborhood. Homes don’t come up for sale here often, and when they do, they generally fly off the market. The most recent one had four offers the moment it listed.
But it’s summer, and loads of people are out of town, which means you have a better chance to snag one of these super cute Hollywood Heights cottages. They are both under two blocks away from me. That means you know you have a good neighbor nearby, and one with all the dirt!
I walk my trio of hounds by each of these houses every night and have enjoyed watching their metamorphosis on the outside over the years. It’s exciting to finally get a peek inside of them.
