Dr. William F. Pepper, Esq. died the day before the Solar Eclipse on April 7, 2024 at the age of 86. We also lost the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. on April 4, 1968. The two were very good friends with common ideals. That friendship extended in more ways than most Americans know. The alleged assassin of MLK, Jr., James Earl Ray, died of liver disease in prison on April 23, 1998. This is a STORY that not only deserves to be told, it is a story that is crucial to the fabric of this nation and the world.

The cover-up and suppression of this story cannot be denied, because likely you have never heard about this story. Most of society, the media, public officials, and public events ignore this story.

You.

You will be the one who will have to research, determine and judge the facts of the story.

Don’t let me or some “authority” tell you what to believe.

Mankind’s humanity rests in the faith that there are those who have matured enough to draw their own conclusions, with the integrity that it entails.

Unfortunately, most Americans will not honestly and thoroughly research for themselves, but only parrot officialdom.

My role is to provide you with some resources and tidbits about April’s STORY which you probably do not know.

Begin your journey by watching this 51 minute Corbett Report documentary, with transcript:  “Truth At Last: The Assassination of Martin Luther King”

Some of the things that you will hear about regarding the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. are: military snipers on rooftops were involved, an undercover agent within King’s close entourage, mafia involvement, and even the involvement of the head of the FBI.

On March 30, 2018, The Washington Post had an article by Tom Jackman

EXCERPTS

“In the five decades since Martin Luther King Jr. was shot dead by an assassin at age 39, his children have worked tirelessly to preserve his legacy, sometimes with sharply different views on how best to do that. But they are unanimous on one key point: James Earl Ray did not kill Martin Luther King…

… Until her own death in 2006, Coretta Scott King, who endured the FBI’s campaign to discredit her husband, was open in her belief that a conspiracy led to the assassination. Her family filed a civil suit in 1999 to force more information into the public eye, and a Memphis jury ruled that the local, state and federal governments were liable for King’s death. The full transcript of the trial remains posted on the King Center’s website.”

In the following FLASHBACK Memorial interview, William F Pepper mentions the Washington Post and also a Dallas phone number.

FLASHBACK on April 20, 2024 – In 2018, James Corbett of The Corbett Report arranged an interview with Dr. William F. Pepper, Esq., on his four decade long investigation into the assassination of the Martin Luther King, Jr., and his third book on the subject, The Plot to Kill King: The Truth Behind the Assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr.

William F Pepper, a personal friend of MLK, was also the King’s family attorney in that 1999 Memphis trial.

“In December, 1999, the half-white half-black jury in a month-long civil trial in Memphis, Tennessee, after hearing almost 70 substantive witnesses, took merely an hour to conclude that Dr. King was executed as the result of a conspiracy involving the Memphis police, the mafia, and elements of the FBI, CIA, and U.S. military.”

As we all know, Google manipulates people with search results and also will delete YouTube content.  At one time, YouTube videos existed of the entire 1999 Memphis trial.  All have since been scrubbed.

Take a peek at an Archived Video of William F. Pepper’s Opening Statements at the trial.

During the 1999 trial, “a first rate investigative reporter as well as a Memphis television reporter and cameraman” by the name of Wendell Stacy was one of the few who covered the trial, and as a result was fired.

The New York Times reported on the final verdict of the trial on December 9 and December 10, 1999.

Many people remember the famous day-time TV Judge Joe Brown.

Knowing that James Earl Ray had failing health and may soon die, the King family began pushing for a new trial.   In this 2 minute Associated Press video of February 21, 1997, you will see William Pepper, Judge Joe Brown of the criminal court, and Dexter Scott King, the son of MLK, Jr.   At issue is the ballistics of the rifle.

On July 11, 1997, a short Associated Press video shows Judge Joe Brown, James Earl Ray and ballistic tests.

Judge Brown states, “A comparison was conducted from the bullet material removed from Dr. King with the 12 test bullets that could be adequately analyzed. The comparison revealed that the gross and unique characteristics signature left on the 12 test bullets by the James Earl Ray rifle was not present on the death bullet.”

As evidence became stronger, “The Powers That Be” took Judge Joe Brown off the case.  On March 8, 1998 the New York Times tells its version.   James Earl Ray died the next month on April 23, 1998.

Bill Pepper led a very colorful and dynamic life.

In fitting conclusion to April’s STORY, we have the words of Dr. William F. Pepper, Esq.,

“It is you who are the torch bearers with respect to that truth and you have to continue to bear that torch

And to try to get it into the mainstream.

And not be discouraged when you don’t.

And not be discouraged when you get discredited, when you get attacked and when you are ignored.   Because that is the nature always of prophecy and prophets in their own time.”

“I ask you not to mourn the passing of democracy and liberty in this country.

Don’t mourn it, because mourning takes energy.  It’s negative.

Don’t mourn the passing of democracy.

Organize.

Organize to restore it wherever it’s possible for you to do so.”

“Steel your spines!

Inspire your children!

And then when the moment is right, rise again as though from the ashes and rebuild this great land.”
