Organizers of the anti-Israel protests that spread across the nation are purportedly being funded by left-wing billionaires like George Soros and the Rockefeller brothers, according to a new report.

The wave of protests following Hamas’ terrorist attack against Israel on October 7 can be tied to “a network of radical and often antisemitic non-governmental organizations (NGOs),” according to a study published by NGO Monitor, a Jerusalem-based research organization. Thus, rather than appearing spontaneously, the group alleges the protests have been “tightly coordinated and well-funded.”

“Under the guise of human rights and justice, these NGOs work to undermine the economic, military, and other ties between U.S. and Israel, and to besiege and divide the U.S. Jewish community,” the study claimed. “All of these groups have supported and justified the October 7th massacre, as well as other attacks. Many of the NGOs in the network are directly linked to designated Palestinian terror organizations.”

The study details the radical activism and funding of several anti-Israel groups.

Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) described Hamas’ terrorist attacks last year as a “historic win for the Palestinian resistance.” The group reported $1.7 million in income in 2021 thanks to support from left-wing groups such as the WESPAC Foundation, which is based in New York.

Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) upped its organizing of anti-Israel protests since October 7 and relies on funding from groups such as Soros’ Open Society Policy Center, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and the Tides Foundation, which mostly supports Democrats and their associated causes. The group raked in more than half a million dollars in grants between 2014 and 2015, the report stated.

The U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights supports a network of anti-Israel groups that includes SJP and JVP, and it purportedly relies on funds from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and other left-wing donors.

Anti-Israel protests in Dallas were organized by groups that openly praised Hamas and have millions in funding, as previously reported by The Dallas Express.

Soros and other left-wing billionaires also backed a group that launched a fellowship program that pays U.S. students to engage in anti-Israel protests. As The Dallas Express previously covered, one of those fellows attends the University of Texas at Dallas.
