Entertainment and restaurant venue Pinstack plans to open its seventh location in Westlake next year.
According to a state filing, the company is building the 53,360-square-foot property on Parish Lane. With an estimated construction cost of $11 million, the expected delivery date is February 2025.
Pinstack‘s other locations are Plano, Allen, Los Colinas, San Antonio, and Austin. A second San Antonio venue is scheduled to open in June.
Founded in 2015, Pinstack “is a unique dining and entertainment destination” operated by Entertainment Properties Group of Dallas. Along with full-service restaurants, Pinstack locations feature full bars and private dining areas, “state of the art” bowling lanes with food and beverage service, and private VIP bowling areas.
Pinstack venues also offer laser tag, bumper cars, high-ropes courses, rock-climbing walls, video games, and simulator technology, according to its website.
Its menu at the DFW locations includes bacon-wrapped filets, pizza, burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, grilled chicken, tacos, brisket sandwiches, chicken tenders, appetizers, salads, and platters. The drink menu includes margaritas, draft beer, cocktails, champagne, and wine.
Its new location at 3650 Parish Ln. is on a 5.5-acre site near State Highway 170. Community Impact reported that Westlake officials approved a planned development zoning district for Pinstack earlier this month. O’Brien Architects of Dallas is listed as the design firm on the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.
A community of about 2,000 people, Westlake is in Denton and Tarrant counties, neighbored by Roanoke and Trophy Club to the north, near Grapevine Lake.
