Five months after its merger with Insight Realty Network, United Real Estate has opened its new headquarters on Alpha Road in Dallas.

“This space is a significant commitment to our growing agent base,” Rick Haase, president of United Real Estate, said in a news release. “It also provides landmark visibility for the company and our agents and easy access to clients who are meeting daily in buying and selling homes and other types of real estate transactions. The DFW market is currently home to approximately 1,000 agents and on its way to our target market penetration of 3,000 in North Texas.”

The Alpha Road space houses United Real Estate’s residential brokerage operations and executive offices. The 8,000-square-foot property is near Galleria.

“A real estate office belongs in the community, and with the ease of access for agents and clients, it is already being highly utilized,” managing broker Nick Bristow said in the release. “It is a state-of-the-art facility with the latest technology and architectural design and something our agents are very proud of. Their hard work is the reason we can provide it.”

The headquarters features tech-enabled workspaces, private client meeting areas, and an open-concept, fully-equipped kitchen.

United Real Estate’s portfolio includes brokerages Charles Rutenberg Realty Fort Lauderdale, Pearson Smith Realty, Leading Edge Real Estate Group, Platinum Realty, Virtual Properties Realty, Benchmark Realty, and Texas United Realty. Premiere Plus Realty and its 1,500 agents have also joined United Real Estate.

In October 2023, United Real Estate announced its merger with Insight Realty Network of Fort Worth, allowing Insight agents to access United’s national referral network and other services. Following the transaction, United Real Estate agents gained several new tools from Insight Realty Network, including social media consulting and access to a mentoring program for new agents, among others.
