A Fort Worth company that sells tank trailers and parts is planning to build another warehouse on the city’s north end this year.

PneuTech’s existing facility is on Franklin Drive, just south of where it is scheduled to begin construction in February of a 41,000-square-foot property on Great Southwest Parkway. According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing, the project includes a pre-engineered metal building for a construction office, warehouse, and shop, and is expected to cost $3.4 million.

The company specializes in pneumatic dry bulk tank trailers and related services.

PneuTech is owned by The Jack Olsta Co. in Huntsville and operates another location in Morris, Illinois. Both companies sell and lease tank trailers and sell trailer parts. Technicians work from facilities in Fort Worth and Waxahachie. The company’s brands include Heil, J&L, Titan Logix, Youngs, Alleghany, Ranger, Betts, Bulk Tank Inc., Civacon, Dixon, Girard Equipment, Pelican, Garnet, and Texcel.

The design firm listed on the state filing is Fort Worth-based DB Constructors, with offices just a few blocks from where the PneuTech warehouse will be built. Its body of work includes Forney Medical Center; Interstate Wire in Rockwall; Texas Leather Goods in Carrollton; TJ Machine in Azle; Potter Concrete in Irving; North Cities United Pentecostal Church in Garland; Johnson Equipment in Fort Worth; Estes Tire in Hutchins; and Airline Training Professionals in Arlington.

Construction of the PneuTech property on Great Southwest Parkway is expected to be complete by the end of November. A company spokesperson did not immediately return a message seeking comment about the project.
