A 35-plus-year veteran of claims management and operations has taken the helm for One Call Claims; a full-service independent property claims adjusting company. 

As the new president of One Call Claims, Pier Westra is responsible for designing and executing corporate strategy and overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations and administrative functions.

Westra most recently worked as a Texas-based personal lines carrier adjuster. Previously he was employed with Allstate Insurance, Colonial Penn, and The Hartford in management roles.

Westra graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL, with a B.A. in Sociology, minoring in Criminal Justice. He is based in Tampa and will work virtually from One Call’s headquarters in Dallas and administrative offices in Mobile, AL. 

As an insurance claims services outsourcing company, One Call Claims works with different insurance carriers to match their need for adjusters.
