A first-of-its-kind co-branded Fatburger and Round Table Pizza restaurant opened this week in Bartonville, and it is expected to be the first of many.

“There will be three other … locations in Dallas owned by the same local partners,” Ali Lloyd, a spokesperson for Fatburger and Round Table Pizza, told The Dallas Express in an emailed statement. “We soft-opened on Oct. 19, with a grand opening to come Oct. 31.”

The other three dual-branded stores will be built in the greater Dallas area, according to a news release by FAT Brands Inc.

FAT Brands is the parent company of both restaurants. It also boasts 16 other subsidiaries, including Buffalo’s Cafe and Express, Marble Slab Creamery, Fazoli’s, and Elevation Burger. The publicly traded company, which franchises and owns more than 2,300 operations worldwide, is based in Los Angeles.

“We are beyond thrilled to introduce our first co-branded Fatburger and Round Table Pizza concept to Dallas,” FAT Brands Chief Development Officer Taylor Wiederhorn said in a statement. “This new restaurant will allow guests to enjoy the best of both brands in one space, creating a seamless experience that caters to a range of tastes. With the success Fatburger has seen co-branding with Buffalo’s Cafe and Express, we’re eager to see this new venture with Round Table Pizza flourish.”

The Fatburger menu includes customized burgers “with everything from bacon and eggs to chili and onion rings,” according to the release. It also features Fat and Skinny Fries, sweet potato fries, made-from-scratch onion rings, hand-breaded chicken sandwiches, and hand-scooped milkshakes.

Pies at Round Table Pizza are made from homemade dough with a three-cheese blend and a variety of toppings options. Salads, garlic parmesan twists, and classic and boneless wings are also on offer.

The new concept restaurant in Bartonville spans 3,500 square feet to accommodate a full-service, full-bar casual dining experience. It is located at 3701 FM 407, Suite 600, and is open Sunday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday, from 11 a.m. to noon.
