Fort Worth North Crowley senior-to-be defensive end Aaron Austin verbally committed to Colorado earlier this month.
The Denver Post reported that the 6-foot-2-inch, 240-pound Austin is another Lone Star State addition – the sixth – for the Buffaloes.
“Committed to the University of Colorado,” CU’s tenth Class of 2022 recruit Tweeted on July 6.
Ranked 263rd in Texas by MaxPreps, Austin produced an all-district worthy junior season that saw him register 48 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, nine sacks, three forced fumbles and four pass breakups for the 7-3 Panthers.
The three-star prospect received 20 total offers, Rivals reported.
