Once when she was in college, Tiffany Chen felt guilty about standing up a date and baked him a batch of cookies as an apology. Three years, a marriage, and over 200 million cookies later, the idea born from that apology has turned into a multi-state cookie operation. And now Tiff’s Treats is adding two more Dallas locations to their dessert delivery empire.
The first new storefront is located in Oak Cliff’s Kessler Park at 2242 Fort Worth Avenue, Suite 13. It will celebrate its Grand Opening on Saturday, Aug. 21st, but it is open currently. Its delivery service will serve Kressler Park, Bishop Arts, Trinity Groves, Winnetka Heights, Cockrell Hill, and North Oak Cliff.
The second new shop will open next week at the corner of Buckner Boulevard and Garland Road, with a delivery area covering Casa Linda, Forest Hills, and the area just north of I-30. They will be hosting their Grand Opening on Aug. 28th, but customers are encouraged to purchase tickets for both Grand Openings in advance.
“The demand we’re seeing for fresh, warm cookies in the Dallas area is incredible, and these additional stores will help give our customers shorter delivery times and more convenient options across town to stop in for a warm cookie or pick up a fresh dozen,” said Chen.
In addition to bringing warm, fresh cookies right to customer’s doorsteps, Tiff’s Treats also serves its communities through partnerships with local charities. For example, the new Dallas store Grand Openings will donate proceeds to the Dirk Nowitzki Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank. Donations of canned goods and non-perishable items are encouraged.
Advanced tickets for the Grand Openings are $5 and will additionally secure the buyer a dozen fresh baked cookies. Customers in line for the events before 10 a.m. will be eligible to win extra prizes such as gift cards and free deliveries.
