Walter Zuniga, age 53, passed away on June 1, 2021 in Dallas, TX. Walter was born on July 23, 1967 in San Miguel, El Salvador to Luis Andres Zuniga and Flor Granados. Walter was raised in San Miguel, El Salvador.
Walter married Alicia Savedra and the couple had 2 children. He worked as a self employed truck driver for more than 14 years. In his spare time, Walter, enjoyed being outside, cooking out every weekend, traveling to El Salvador.
His family and friends will always remember him as a hard working man, an entrepreneur and devoted family man.
Walter is preceded in death by his Father, Luis Andres Zuniga; Grandparents, Hilario Granados & Mercedes Martinez De Granados; Uncle Anacleto Granados. He is survived by his Wife, Alicia Savedra, Son, Walter Zuniga Jr; Daughter, Yayaira Zuniga; Mother, Flor Granados de Zuniga; Aunts, Elena Granados, Victorina Granados, Amy Granados; Uncle, David Granados; Cousins, Wendy Avila de Vasquez, Angeles Isabel Avila & Raquel Avila De Mendoza; Nephew, David Arbaiza.
