The median assessed value of a home sold in May 2021 in Lancaster fell by $8,990 while total valuation decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $136,760 – a 6.2% decrease over the $145,750 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Lancaster in May 2020.
