The median assessed value of a home sold in May 2021 in Irving rose by $1,170 while total valuation increased by 11.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 125 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $175,240 – a 0.7% increase over the $174,070 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Irving in May 2020.
