The median assessed value of a home sold in May 2021 in Sachse rose by $13,965 while total valuation decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $234,205 – a 6.3% increase over the $220,240 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Sachse in May 2020.
