The median assessed value of a home sold in May 2021 in Garland rose by $10,265 while total valuation decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 234 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $168,530 – a 6.5% increase over the $158,265 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 246 homes sold in Garland in May 2020.
