Obituary for Eunice L. Kinard Cunningham
Eunice Lucinda Cunningham was born March 28, 1927 to Charles L. Kinard and Essie Kelly Kinard in Falls County, Texas. She left her earthly body on Sunday, May 30, 2021 in Tyler, Texas.
Eunice was secretary at General Tire and Rubber in Waco, Texas, before moving to Dallas and going to work at the Baptist Foundation for approximately 12 years. She married Troy Cunningham in June of 1959 and resided in the Dallas area until moving to Tyler in 2017.
Eunice was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Troy; one sister, Rosalyn Kinard; and one son Stuart Cunningham.
She is survived by son David Cunningham and wife Jeanne of Carroll County Arkansas; son Larry Cunningham of Corinth, Texas; daughter Debi Cole and husband Rich of Bullard, Texas; granddaughter Chelsey Mead; granddaughter Katelyn Cunningham; grandson Austin Cunningham; grandson Matt Cole; grandson Josh Cole; great-grandchildren Bryli Kendrick, Xavier Kendrick, Roman Cunningham, Raylin Cunningham, Anna Cole, Ethan Cole, Noelle Cole, Emily Cole; sister Laura Childs; brother Sanford Kinard; sister Donna Pierson; and brother David Kinard; and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation at 9:00am, with a graveside service at 11:00am on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas. In lieu of flowers, Eunice requested donations be made to Reconciliation Outreach, 1421 N Peak Street, Dallas, TX 75204.
