The Dallas Police Department reported that one man was fatally shot and another man injured in east Oak Cliff on February 15.
Around 1:45 p.m., Dallas Police officers arrived at the 3500 block of East Overton Road, near Interstate 45, where they found the two wounded men.
Dallas Fire-Rescue transported one of the victims to the hospital, where he later died.
The other man was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle. He remains in stable condition.
Police have not released the identities of either victim.
According to the authorities, the suspect may have fired shots from an orange Dodge Charger but said it is uncertain if the individual is responsible.
