‘Santa’ Arrives in North Texas Neighborhoods

A new and instant shopping experience is now available for Frisco and Plano shoppers, thanks to Santa.   

It’s not Santa Claus but pretty close!  Santa is a premium shopping experience that brings a personalized store directly to the customer’s door.  

“While we have seen companies switch their attention to e-commerce and delivery over the past few years, we are on a mission to breathe new life into instantaneous shopping – making it personal with face-to-face client service,” said Santa co-founder and CEO Roee Adler. “Not only do we want to bring a new way to shop to people’s homes, but we also want to keep local makers top of mind by offering products made in the heart of the community alongside well-known national and global brands.”  

Once shoppers download the app, Santa begins to work its magic. Santa drives around local neighborhoods, representing the next generation of the brick-and-mortar store, notifying nearby residents to open the Santa app to shop a curated assortment.    

Santa features a wide range of categories across fashion, beauty, tech, home decor, gifts, and more, with new product drops every week.    

Customers experience Santa’s assortment in their home with no commitment before the purchase is completed in the app. They can even try on clothing to ensure it is appropriate for them. 

Just as customers can purchase merchandise in their own homes, there’s no need to venture out for returns. Santa will pick up any unwanted items, allowing for an effortless return process.    

The Santa team includes former leaders from Nautica, J.Crew, and Urban Outfitters. To keep things local, Santa hires regionally and harnesses the field team’s hometown knowledge and cultural understanding to serve the community.
