The Dallas Morning News reported that the Dallas Police Department is searching for a murder suspect in a fatal shooting that left a man dead in Oak Cliff on Sunday, November 14.

According to police, they received a call reporting a shooting in a parking lot on 52nd Street just after midnight that Sunday. However, when officers arrived at the location, they did not find anyone there. They reported that the victim went to a hospital, where he later died.

32-year-old Darius Lamar Waters is a suspect in the shooting and is wanted by the police. Officers warn that he should be considered armed and dangerous.

The DPD did not provide details about what led to the shooting. The department, however, urges anyone with information that could lead to his arrest to contact Agent Chelsea Whitaker of the U.S. Marshal North Texas Fugitive Task Force at 214-557-9314 or [email protected].
