The Dallas Police Department is working to identify a suspect and the vehicle involved in a December 24 hit-and-run.

Last Friday, at about 10:08 a.m., a woman was walking in a crosswalk at 300 West Jefferson Boulevard at Bishop Avenue when a dark-colored SUV struck her. The vehicle dragged the woman along for some distance and then left her in the street.

Per FOX 4 News, the driver of the vehicle fled the area eastbound on Jefferson Blvd.

The Dallas Police Department urges anyone who knows the suspect’s identity or has any information about this offense to reach out. Informants can submit their information to Detective Kenneth Watson at 214-671-0015 and refer to case number 231184-2021. The detective can also be reached at kenneth.watson@dallascityhall.com.
