Four-Vehicle Collision Leaves Motorcyclist Dead

In Arlington, a motorcyclist has died following a fatal four-vehicle crash on January 28.

The incident occurred around 6 p.m. at Arkansas Lane and Center Street.

According to Arlington Police, the driver of a Dodge Charger turning left onto Center Street crashed with the motorcyclist headed westbound along Arkansas Lane.

Investigators suspect speed may have been a component in the crash.

The collision resulted in the motorcycle and car slamming into a Ford Fusion waiting at the traffic light.

In addition, the motorcycle driver hit a Toyota Corolla that was stopped at the traffic light and was thrown from his bike. The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other individuals involved were not severely injured.

Currently, no charges or citations have been issued.
