Four Men Shot at Garland Convenience Store, Three Left Dead

Garland police reported a gunman allegedly shot four men inside a Texaco convenience store. The incident took place at the 700 block of West Walnut Street around 7:30 pm Sunday, December 26.

Three victims were pronounced dead at the scene, while the fourth person was transported to a hospital. He remains in critical condition.

The victims’ names remain unknown at this time.

According to surveillance footage, the four men, who seemed to be together, were in the restaurant area near the front of the store when the suspect came through the door shooting.

Police said the suspect left in a white 4-door Dodge pick-up truck. He is a “light-skinned” man who was shirtless, wearing a baseball hat, dark-colored athletic shorts, and a blue surgical mask.

The suspect is still at large.

A reward of up to $5,000 is offered for details that lead to the identity and arrest of the suspect.
