Fort Worth police were called to Rosa’s Cafe at 7451 McCart Avenue around noon on January 13 after a Fort Worth man began shooting at another man presumed by police to be his brother.
The suspect then fired additional shots at the victim when he attempted to run for shelter at a nearby Walmart. Police took the suspected shooter into custody.
The victim was transported to a hospital and his condition remains unknown.
