Two men were fatally shot, and one is in critical condition in three different shootings in Fort Worth, according to Fort Worth police reports.

The first shooting that police were dispatched to occurred around 11:30 in the evening in south Fort Worth. Police were sent to the 4900 block of Collett Little Road, where a witness told the dispatcher that “someone had been shot,” according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

When police arrived at the scene, they found a 24-year-old man dead with a gunshot wound on his front porch. Tarrant County medical examiners identified the man as Isaiah Torres.

The second shooting happened in west Fort Worth around 1:00 in the morning on Monday. A witness called in with reporting that they heard “an argument behind a business and then nine shots,” stated the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police arrived in the 9000 block of Camp Bowie West Boulevard and found a man wounded who was in critical condition. “Gun violence detectives are investigating that case,” and the wounded man was transported to a hospital in the area.

The third shooting that Fort Worth police reports announced happened around 1:11 in the morning on Monday in north Fort Worth.

Police arrived in the 7100 block of Cloudcraft Lane to find a man with a gunshot wound inside a vehicle. He was in critical condition and taken to a hospital in the area. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital, and the medical examiner identified him as 18-year-old Joshua I. Balcazar.

Earlier in the day on Sunday, two other shootings occurred, leaving the total number of different shootings at five for a 24-hour period.

In the morning, Albert Demerson III, a 53-year-old man, was found dead by a gunshot wound. According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, he was found in south Fort Worth off of Miller Avenue and was “inside of a car parked in a field.”

In northwest Fort Worth, another shooting occurred on Sunday. Evidio Rodriguez was a 69-year-old man killed on Lebow Street in the front yard of a residence. A drive-by shooting took his life and also injured a woman who was taken to the hospital.

All five shootings are being investigated, and as of now, no arrests have been made.
