Dallas Police Find Critical Missing Person

The Dallas Police Department announced it had located a 78-year-old man reported as a “critical missing” person on June 6. 

According to Dallas police, Billy McCoy, 78, went missing on June 6 at about 10:00 am. McCoy had last been seen in the 2900 block of Duncanville Road in Dallas, leaving the area on foot.


McCoy, who uses a black walker, was described as 5 foot and 8 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds, and having blue eyes. Police also said he has blonde/grey hair and a white beard.

Dallas police announced on Facebook that McCoy was found safe and sound. Authorities did not say the exact time he was found.
