According to the Colony PD, officers pulled Kazee over for a traffic violation on Tuesday, Oct. 19, just after 3 a.m. on the 7000 block of State Highway 121. A spokesperson for Colony PD said that an officer detected signs that the 28-year-old had been drinking.

Kazee’s DWI charge is a class B misdemeanor for a first-time offender. Kazee was released from The Colony Municipal Jail at 12:34 p.m. on Tuesday after posting a $2,500 bond.
