CBRE is a commercial real estate company serving Dallas Fort-Worth and North Texas since 1970. For over 45 years, CBRE has been a provider of end-to-end real estate services.

The company continues to lead the industry with its hundreds of dedicated staff members collaborating across multiple offices and locations in the region. The efficient coordination of all CBRE department lines enables it to offer a unique response to all of its clients’ real estate needs.

Creation is a real estate development and alternative investment firm founded by Bob Agahi and David Sellers. The Phoenix-based company has participated in funding more than 90 startups in the United States and co-founded four companies since 2015. It also owns numerous experiential entertainment projects across the country.

Creation has sold the 820 Exchange to CBRE. The 820 Exchange is conveniently positioned just south of Interstate 820 in Haltom City, Texas, and is a 951,260 square foot building.

This facility is an industrial distribution project that provides access to the major transit routes in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. It offers cutting-edge amenities to today’s logistics users. Its design has modern architectural features and was created with state-of-the-art amenities like loading areas with large trailer parking.

Josh Zemon, Managing Principal at Creation stated, “820 Exchange is an A+ industrial project in an infill, high barrier to entry location in DFW that meets the demand for new logistics and warehouse space in the market. The sale process with CBRE Investment Management was seamless, and we look forward to seeing 820 Exchange flourish under their ownership.”
