Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office Looking for a Deadly Stabbing Suspect

Reports from CBS 11 News suggest that officials from the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office are currently hunting for a man suspected of fatally stabbing another man on Tuesday night, January

Deputies from the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office were called to an unincorporated area of south Tarrant County, a home in the 12800 block of Oak Grove Road South, at around 9:30 p.m.


According to CBS 11 News, the caller told deputies that two men had been involved in a violent fight.

Upon arrival at the home, deputies found a man lying on the ground outside. The man had been stabbed multiple times.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival, according to CBS 11 News. 

The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office has not revealed the victim’s identity.

However, investigators from the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office identified 22-year-old Nathan Wayne Spivey as the primary suspect in the homicide.

According to the investigators, Spivey fled the scene on foot after allegedly stabbing the victim. The Tarrant County Sheriff’s now has a murder warrant out for Spivey.

Spivey is described as a white male who is five feet and eight inches tall. He is also said to weigh about 170 pounds and has blonde hair. The suspect was last seen wearing a black and white camouflage hoodie with blue jeans.

Authorities also warn that the suspect is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached by civilians.

The Sheriff’s Office asks anyone with information on the suspect’s whereabouts to call 911 or contact Detective Michael Kline from the Teran Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office at 817-884-3352.
